MUSASHI HIGH PROTEIN can be used as a post-exercise shake to support your recovery or used during the day as a protein top up.

HOW: Add 45g (1 & ½ levelled scoops) to 300mL of Skim Milk or water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

WHEN: PRE & POST-TRAINING - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.

Servings - Recommended one-day intake - up to 3 serves.
