Flav'n' Oats comes in three super flavours, so you don't have to worry about that. Simply mix it with two decilitres of water, wait a minute or two and you're done. It has no added sugar, but it's a great source of fibre and lactose-free. And if you want to spice it up with your favourite protein, you can opt for the unflavoured version!

Recommended dosage
