Direction for use:

Mix 1 heaping scoop(~45g) with 2 dl water or milk and shake for 30 seconds. Take 1~2 scoops after training and as a snack if you have a high energy demand.

Dextrose monohydrate, protein mix (whey protein concentrate, skimmed milk powder), maltodextrin, low fat cocoa powder – for chocolate and coffee flavour, creatine monohydrate, waxy mais, HMB (calcium p-hydroxy p-methylbutyrate), taurine, anti-caking agents (tricalcium phosphate, sillicon dioxide), magnesium carbonate, flavours, thickner agent (xanthan gum), zinc citrate, thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), colours (carmine – for berry flavour).
