Direction for use:
Take 2-4 g (aprox. ½ – 1 scoop) with your preferred amount of water 20-30 minutes before training. On rest days take 1 serving a day, preferably between meals. For optimal results, use the product continuously for at least 8 weeks after which a break of 2-3 weeks is recommended.
