The product contains a high portion of L-citrulline, L-arginine and beta-alanine, with black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L.) and B vitamins (niacin, vitamin B6, thiamine and vitamin B12). Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Niacin and thiamin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation.

Recommended use

Take 1 portion (9 g of powder) daily about 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (9 g = ½ scoop) to 250 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
